Well, I look at myself in the morning and I think, you don't look fat. I get on the scale, notice the lbs going up instead of down, look in the mirror again and say, you don't look fat. Now, admittedly, I don't have a full length mirror, haven't owned one for over three years, so that may have something to do with it. The problem always arises when I look at actual photos...
