A little of something is better than a lot of nothing...

Or at least that's the theory I'm applying to this whole endeavor. Awesome Luvvie issued this challenge to blog every day during the month of August. It seems like as good an excuse as any to get some of the cobwebs out and put the wacky stuff in my head to a keyboard.

So this will serve as my wholly inadequate first entry. I had plenty of ideas, but I'm rusty and I let them blow over. On the plus side, it can only get better from here...
